In 2019, Valérie Donzelli directed the film "NOTRE DAME," in which she portrayed an architect. In 2021, she co-directed her first series, "NONA ET SES FILLES," which aired on Arte. The series tells the story of a feminist activist, mother of triplets, and head of a family planning organization. Valérie Donzelli returned to Cannes in 2023 for the premiere of her film "L’AMOUR ET LES FORÊTS" (Love and Forests) starring Virginie Efira and Melvil Poupaud. The film is an adaptation of Éric Reinhardt's novel of the same name.
