Savannah Setten pays homage to the place and inspirations that made Scribz Riley the musician he is today. The East Side video blurs past and present realities on the estate he grew up on, where a younger Scribz unexpectedly encounters the man he will become.
Training as a dancer for 15 years whilst growing up, savannah’s interest in movement and performance evolved into a career in film making. In 2017 she began collaborating with a poet friend, which led her to create her first music video ‘Utopia’, which premiered on iD magazine. Since then Savannah has continued to explore social and political themes in her work, often resulting in vivid, raw and hyper-real films.
