While out walking with his girlfriend, Vincent (Duñe) stumbles across a porcelain vase similar to the one he owned when he was still in a relationship with his ex-girlfriend. This object awakens in his memories of a past life, which unfolds in the form of video sequences and collages.

French Filmmaker Jason Yan Francis’s unique graphic style allows him to create emotive visual narratives with vibrant storytelling. Inspired by everyday life and recent experiences, Jason uses his solid technical skills - from unique camera movements, original editing effects, to hand-animated animations and collages - to create visual experiences and tell stories that resonate. Whether it is a video shot exclusively in POV for the French Navy, a TVC filmed as a fake sequence shot for HP or a skateboarding video entirely edited backward, his dynamic filmmaking has seen him collaborate with internationally renowned brands including Adidas, Dior, Spotify, L’Oréal, Renault, and artists such as The Blaze, Major Lazer and Travis Scott. Based in Paris, Jason is also the co-founder of Paris-based production company and creative studio Chaos. He originally began his career in advertising, working for creative agency Fred & Farid, where he spent a decade and where he was also the creative director for KILLDEATH, specializing in interactive films for brands including Diesel, Schweppes, and Audi. With his agency background, Jason uses strategy and concepts as the foundation of all of his creative conversations, while always bringing a sense of playfulness and curiosity to his directing approach.
