‘Hate’ is a no-holds-barred essay about lives fuelled by fear and frustration. It’s charged with the anger, confusion and anxiety that make up the modern experience of being Black and British at this particular point in time. Using motion control, hand held, slider and a low loader to create a one shot drawing into Loyle Carner's intense state.

Greg has been directing for the past 10 years, having started in documentaries. Greg’s award-winning work spans commercials, original documentaries, and brand films. His sharp eye and natural pace give his films a rare level of cinematic quality. Loyle Carner started directing 18 months ago, joining this alongside his music career. He's directed for Arlo Parks and EA FIFA. He elevates ideas to portray human stories and emotive authenticity, with a pinch of theatre and storytelling.
