In times of tragedy, comedy becomes more necessary. So back in April 2021, after pandemic fatigue had tested our patience and the world began to reopen, Drew Pollins wrote this humorous PSA to inspire viewers to stay safe. The short makes a dark moment in our history feel light by tapping into the point of view of lost, and forgotten face masks who aren't ready for our relationship with them to end.
Drew is a College Television Emmy award-winning Director (best comedy, DOLLAR KING) whose imaginative work spans commercial, branded content, short, and feature film. With a strong background in content strategy, writing, pitching, on-set best practices, and client service, Drew leads in both production and agency/brand ecosystems. He is a graduate of the world-renowned American Film Institute, MFA Directing program. And as a dual US+CA citizen, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and NY are all home bases.
