This was a real combination of passion and hard work from everyone involved. I had the awesome opportunity to work direct with the brand and develop the script from the original concept into the full idea we ended up with. It was a lot of time thinking and spitballing what would be a funny thing to change from a circle to a square. I'm still kicking myself that the yoyo never made it.
Dan's always been interested in concept-driven narrative commercials. Making his way into the industry through the use of interesting in-camera techniques and clever post production, he has developed his work to use these tools to tell stories. He has a strong focus on casting and character, making his work stand out.
