Bernd was born and raised in an asteroid crater somewhere in the southern german countryside. He writes and directs peculiar films about life, the universe and everything else... wich led to winning numerous international awards, including the Young Directors Award in Cannes, New York Festival and Deutscher Werbefilmpreis. Apart from these gratifications, he studied at the renowned Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg wich made him a state certified diploma director. His mother is glad that he at least got a decent degree… Besides working as a director, Bernd consults companies like Porsche, Bosch and various advertising agencies in Germany, and he teaches at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and HdM Stuttgart. After Bernd had shot A French TVC for the United Internet subsidiary IONOS, the brand approached him to write and develop the TVC campaign for the German market. The project is due to be shot in 2024.
