The idea for this video came when the director’s finger gently brushed against the finger of the man behind the till at Khan’s Bargains in Peckham, as he was handing back his shopping. From there the video concept grew quickly. The video explores what goes on inside our protagonists head the moment something very similar to this happens to him on the bus on his way home from work, and escalates from there to the point of absurdity.

Arthur Studholme is a music video and comedy director living in London. He’s 25 and can name every tree in the UK. (Apart from the ones he doesn’t know.) He tends to make videos that are narrative heavy, absurd and idea driven.
