"The air belongs to those who dream" is a short film that intends to explore grief and the possibility of resilience through sport. The story focuses on Alejandro, a migrant who returns to Mexico to reunite with his family, face the death of his father and return to his hometown where many things have changed. This story is born from a personal exploration of grief and territory, from exposing the vulnerability that we carry within us, our losses, the people we have lost and sometimes even our dreams, but also from the courage and the faith that we imbue every day, and the will to transcend our deepest pains.
