Hughie Phillips is the co-founder of MindsEye, where he has brought together some of the top names in performance and comedy commercial directing talent in the UK. Hughie has helped the likes of Andrew Gaynord, Eros V and Gustav Sundström produce critically acclaimed campaigns as well as brought through emerging talent such as Emma Debany and Jim Archer. Hughie is known for nurturing new directing talent and developing them into established, industry names. The work that MindsEye has produced has been awarded at Cannes Lions, British Arrows, APA Awards, Kinsale, D&AD, Creative Circle awards and BAFTA.
As well as working in the commercials sector, Hughie oversees MindsEye’s Film & TV arm, which has a slate of projects and in 2024 licensed its first production to Disney+.
