Charlie Roberson is Head of Talent at Rogue where he represents top flight talent and works alongside some of the most prestigious production teams in the business, with whom he is developing many exciting creative ventures. Charlie has a sharp eye for spotting gifted individuals and a passion for supporting them. Last year he set up REBEL, Rogue’s a platform to elevate and develop breakthrough directors. REBEL. is a destination for creative agencies and brands, a resource led by smart production and the latest in breakthrough talent who sometimes work in unconventional ways.

Prior to his appointment at Rogue Charlie was Head of Sales at Stink for three years, contributing to an incredibly successful time for the international production company.

Having started his career in advertising at Weilands about 15 years ago Charlie has weaved a path through the industry that has taken in a broad range of roles. Working as most do from being a runner, he progressed through many departments of commercial production and paid his dues as the assistant’s assistant of pretty much everything on set. He edited with Eddie French and had post production stints at The Mill, MPC and Wave. In his years as an Agent at CMM, Charlie represented directors, writers and HoDs in TV Drama and feature film, negotiating contracts for talent on series including Inside Number 9 and Taboo and feature films including The Hippopotamous. As the directors rep at PRETTYBIRD, he worked with directors such as Max Malkin, Fleur Fortune and Matt Lambert.
