Thomas Moyer is a seasoned marketing executive with over 15 years of experience spanning digital innovation, brand strategy, and integrated campaigns. As Group Media Director at H/L Agency, he leads media planning and strategy while serving on the IAB Task Force for Terms and Conditions. His expertise in both B2B and B2C contexts has helped shape marketing strategies for some of the world’s leading brands.
Thomas brings extensive judging experience, having served on multiple prestigious panels including the Miss Oregon Scholarship Program, two American Marketing Association New York programs, and as Addy Awards Chair for the Greater San Francisco Ad Club.
