Our founder, Raquel Elfassi started Resource Los Angeles in 1998. When she moved abroad in 2003, she established Resource Paris where she continued to work on advertising projects and also cultivated fruitful new relationships with luxury brands like LVMH, Chanel, and Cartier. She began her career as a Director’s Rep at Propaganda working with David Fincher, Mark Romanek and Michael Bay. From there, she helped launch The Directors Bureau alongside Mike Mills and Roman Coppola. Raquel is known in the industry as a talent whisperer with excellent dance moves and a soft spot for mariachi bands.
