Paulina Zuluaga is the newest Executive Producer at Madre, a cutting-edge production company known for its borderless, bilingual filmmaking. With a diverse background in both production and advertising, Zuluaga brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Born in Medellín, Colombia, and raised in Miami, Paulina’s career began at In & Out Productions, where she produced commercials for major brands like Volkswagen and Dish Network. She then moved to Letca Films, serving as an Executive Producer and bridging the gap between directors, agencies, and clients. Zuluaga’s expertise spans a range of high-profile campaigns, including work for Jeep, Lincoln, Spectrum, Halls, and Univision.

Most recently, Zuluaga was Senior Producer at Conill Advertising, the nation’s first Latino ad agency, where she worked on campaigns for brands such as T-Mobile, Burger King, and Toyota. Her deep understanding of both sides of the advertising equation allows her to deliver creative solutions and seamlessly navigate the production process.
