As Business Development EP Leonie has worked for several of London’s top 10 commercial production companies over the last 13 years including Production Company of the Year. Before this she worked in film (Warner Bros), television comedy and drama (BBC), live broadcast (Endemol) and in the TV departments of some of London’s top tier advertising agencies.
Known for establishing production company’s identities in the industry and with over a decade of experience curating rosters and connecting some of the most prolific directing talent with award winning creative opportunities, Leonie loves spotting strong new image makers with unique voices that reflect a fresh look on the word and have the ingredients to be future megastars.
Leonie is a passionate advocate of sustainable production practices, contributes editorially to industry publications, sits on award juries and was selected to be in the inaugural Pitch Magazine’s 100 Superwomen.
As a side passion Leonie is a very keen follower of art and food and has started the WSET Wine exams with a focus on natural wines.
