Lee Fairweather is the music video rep for London-based production company COMPULSORY, championing directing talent at every stage of their career.

Lee matches directors and artists to create symbiotic pairings of talent. His work with the likes of Joy Crookes, Fly Anakin, Arlo Parks and Stormzy have resulted in award-winning and culture defining music videos, but most importantly are the foundations for long standing relationship between talent, artist and production.

Lee has quickly become an influential figure in the industry, being nominated for Best Rep at the UKMVA In his first 2 years in the role and being featured on the Promonews Podcast.
