Claire started out working as a Video Coordinator at Atlantic Records in 2007 working alongside Richard Skinner and Tim Nash, where she was involved in producing influential music video campaigns for Paolo Nutini and Plan B amongst others. Promoted to Video Commissioner in 2008 she commissioned award winning music videos for The Mystery Jets and Lykke Li.
Moving to Sony Music in 2009 as Senior Video Commissioner working with Mike O’Keefe, Claire continued to commission successfully for many prominent UK artists including The Vaccines, Katy B and Labrinth.
In 2012 Claire was asked by Partizan to run their music video department taking over the prestigious position from Sasha Nixon. During her time at Partizan Claire signed and developed some of the most exciting new UK talent including Dexter Navy, Sing J. Lee and Sophia Ray. The busy role involved acting as Executive Producer for many high profile artists – from Lana Del Rey to Dua Lipa and The 1975.
This year, (the infamous 2020) Claire launched her independent Director Representation agency Mouthpiece – continuing her relationship with Partizan while adding several other top level production companies such as Academy and Spindle to her roster. The hard work paid off with a win in the inaugural Best Agent category at this year’s UKMVA awards.
