Beginning his career as an Agency Producer in Canada, Ben packed his bags in 2013 for London. Arriving in Soho with no job or fixed address, he was quickly recruited by adam&eveDDB as one of the first production hires after the merger between DDB and adam&eve. He built his reputation working on some of the agency’s more complex and high-risk projects.

In 2015, Ben joined Blink Productions as Executive Producer. He spent two and a half years there reshaping their director roster and ushering in a new generation of creative talent.

Returning to adam&eveDDB in March 2018 as Head of Integrated Production & Head of Film, Ben works across all the agency’s brands, overseeing all production output, with a focus on film.
