Ava Doorley started her career in the film industry producing music videos in Los Angeles, where she honed her skills working on dynamic and visually driven projects. She later joined the Berlin-based production company BWGTBLD as a Producer, collaborating on a range of innovative campaigns and films. Now, as a Directors’ Rep at BWGTBLD, Ava oversees and develops the company’s diverse roster of exceptional talent. She considers it a privilege to work closely with such visionary directors while actively seeking out fresh voices in commercials and other mediums.
