For such a chaotic and emphatic track, paired with Jordan's energetic lyrics and delivery, I knew the video for "Pass Go" needed to match the song's velocity.
I set out to make a video that accounts for every beat of the song, and in one 12 hour day, we shot over 60 shots, all of which are in the video.
Beyond the visual element, the story of "Pass Go" revolves around a game that is utterly indecipherable, in which Jordan is tasked with prevailing under a disadvantage. It's a simple concept that touches on the concept of privilege and the way society is inherently "gamified."
