London based Bradford born film maker. Failing in a career as a pizza waiter I turned in desperation to a career in film making. I’ve gone on to make a career as a director of music videos, commercials and documentary, both in the UK and in Germany where I lived for several years. I’ve achieved industry recognition, winning Vimeo Staff picks, NME video of the year (Jamie T 'Zombie’) Raindance Video Of The Year (Stealing Sheep 'Not Real') numerous Brit Award and UKMVA nominations and some nice festival prizes. I recently co-founded production company Zomdic Films to primarily make feature docs, narrative and music videos.

This video, shot in a mill in my native West Yorkshire is one of 9 videos i've made with the band. It's a really fruitful collaboration thats allowed us to create our or cinematic universe of recurring characters and themes. Indeed this video is the first part of a feature film i'm making of Yard Act's forthcoming 2nd album in which the protagonist takes an audio guided tour round the musical universe of the band's songs.
