Directing duo, brothers Michael and Paraic Morrissey (CC Wade)’s reputation for making surreal and ambitious music videos resounds through their Fat White Family promo ‘Work’. Frequent UKMVA nominees and winners, the Londoners’ reel includes striking films for bright talents such as Sigrid x Griff, King Krule and Michael Kiwanuka as well as the Raindance Best Music Video-winning ‘Feet’ for Fat White Family. Reminiscent of filmmaking icons Powell and Pressburger, CC Wade possess a progressive approach to their craft that results in acutely memorable work. At present, the brothers, who perform in the band LL Burns, are in post-production on their forthcoming short ‘Gobbl’, while developing further film projects.
