OK we know England is beating its chest at the moment but honestly one of the best shows next to the Olympics is Bug, a regular music video night at London’s NFT. You can never get a ticket because it’s always sold out waaaaaay in advance so here’s a taster of what you’re missing out on … Bug’s front man Adam Buxton in action.
First there’s a couple of music videos, Japanese punk band Guitar Wolf’s cover of Eddie Cochrane’s Summertime Blues directed by the wonderful Garth Jennings who was one half of the now disbanded Hammer and Tongs (Forget sport, download Son of Rambo immediately) and Colonel Blimp director David Wilson’s hilariously sexy sushi fest, The Sushi Song.
And just to top it off we thought we’d include in Related Content some of Buxton’s “tiny films”. Totally nuts and wonderful.
